Thanks for taking the time to visit the enABLE swimathon JustGiving page.

The enABLE network in Shell are hosting a swimathon throughout the month of September 2011 to support Action for Blind People, our charity of the year.

You would have received the link to this page by a member of one of the swimmers, who are taking up our challenge to swim the distance of the English Channel (either alone or as part of a team) - that's 22 miles!

This event is not just about fund raising, it's also about raising awareness of sightloss and how you can look after your eyes.  All of our swimmers have received a pair of goggles to help look after theirs.
