·         1 Weekend - 28th & 29th May

·         2 Men - Adam Howell & Ian Ashton

·         3 Red Bulls - all Ian's I'll survive on a diet of raw pot noodles and unleaded fumes

·         2,000 Miles - The approximate distance we'll cover travelling from Dover to Lands End, LANDS END to John O'GROATS and John O'Groats to Dover

Now we've all been there, a moment when you say - "I've got an idea", which swiftly snow balls into a monster of an idea that you suddenly can't back track from.

Well this is it, a time for a bit of thanks and payback, a Charity Bike Ride in aid of Steps - for the full story follow the link above or below, but abridged goes something like this:-

In 2005 the first Prenatal Scan and having just been told my wife was pregnant with twins, we're then told one of the twins has a condition known as Bilateral Talipes - followed by don't look on the internet you'll only get worried.  Well we looked online and found the charity Steps, from day one the information they provided, contacts we were introduced too and sincere support they offered has left me feeling humbled and desperate to assist this small national charity in anyway I can.

And today is the day I start giving back, so, thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

From all at Steps and I a HUGE thank you for however much you donate, every penny counts and as dear old dad used to say "Look after the pennies, because the pounds look after themselves".
