I am running the adidas 5K Women's Challenge in Hyde Park, on 6th September 2009!!! Please sponsor me - I promise I will finish the whole 5K!!! (even if I have to crawl!!!) All money raised will be donated to the Post-Adoption Centre, a charity that provides counselling and therapeutic support to all parties in the adoption process - namely birth mothers, adopted children and adoptive parents - and to professionals working with them.

El dia 6 de Septiembre correre en favor de una Fundacion llamada Post-Adoption Centre. Esta fundacion se dedica a apoyar y trabajar terapeuticamente a personas relacionadas con adopcion. Principalmente a mamas que han dado en adopcion a sus hijos, a ninos adoptados y papas adoptivos asi como a profesionales que trabajan directamente con estas personas. Les pido que hagan una pequena donation.. Esta sera entregada directamente a la Fundacion para poder seguir su trabajo.
Las donaciones pueden ser hechas desde cualquier pais, asi que en lugar de que gasten en una cocacola y taquitos (ya se me antojo!) donen un poco de dinero para esta organizacion. Les prometo que terminare el pequeno maraton!!!
