My story:

I have severely suffered with mental health issues around anxiety and depression. It has even been as bad as to consider taking my own life.

I feel so incredibly lucky to be here today and be able to share my story and anything that might help someone else. I start Engineer Your Mind as a central support space for all whilst sharing others stories to show that mental health is never just black and white. There are so many variations on how it feels and what triggers are and everyone's story is unique.

I wanted to host these webinars to support all who are struggling right now in feeling less alone. With people losing loved ones, their jobs and so much more it is important to know that your feelings are valid and there are many others out there who understand. It was also important for me to help share tips on how you can help yourself or others during this time.
