Please sponsor my brother Rory and me to cycle from London to Paris on September 2nd. The ride is 240 miles long and should take three days.
We are raising money for a home for girls, near Bangalore, called The Baale Mane. The home provides 50 girls - whose parents cannot or will not care for them - with food and a loving environment. Some of you will know Bella Hodgkinson, who has worked at the Baale for one year so far. She has daily involvement with the girls' lives and with the way that donations are employed on the ground. Many of the girls have been rescued from forced labour. The Baale aims to rehabilitate such girls by sending them to local schools; helping them onto vocational courses; and eventually leaving them as young adults with choices.Visit http://www.baalemane.org/ for more information.
