Once again two middle-aged men facing a midlife crisis are trying to recapture their long-lost youth in aid of charity. Paul Sanders and Dennis Rink are off to Cape Town to spend 8 days riding nearly 500 miles (and over 14,000 metres of climbing) in the company of some of the world's best mountain bikers, in the biggest and toughest off-road cycle race - The Cape Epic. http://www.cape-epic.com
