Well, we have done it now! It was longer than expected, at just over 240 miles, we ALL completed it... even Crampy! We are now counting up all the money we raised off line to see how much we have raised overall, hopefully atleast £10,000!

It is our aim to cycle from London to Paris for a charity that helped one of our members in his fight against cancer. The 211 miles will be covered in 3 days starting on the 17th of July 2009.

We would like to remind you that all of the proceeds will be going to a fantastic cause which helps children battle through cancer. CLIC Sargent gives money to the families, provides homes for the parents nearer the hospitals and also pays for the children to go on holidays. All this is on top of the day to day services that the charity provides, such as social workers and councilors who use their expertise to soften the mental 'blow' that occurs when you are told that you have cancer. They certainly helped Ross.
