I can' believe I am running my first half marathon at the age of 44. I must be bloody mad!

Anyway, I can't think of a better cause than Francis House Children's Hospice who care for terminally ill children and their families.

This was the favourite charity of my wife Vicki's dad Bill Stynes who died suddenly in May last year. He loved children and this charity so this ones for you Bill.
