Well I'm back in Shetland now after riding 9500 miles to the tropic of cancer in western Sahara.  I miss the sunshine but its a bit of a 'powder keg' down that way at the moment so I'm happy to be back.

 The childrens hospice (CHAS) is a scotish based charity, and I visited the fundraising department in Kinross this last October. The people there are very friendly and seemed enthusiastic about my trip, if not a little concerned for my safety.

 The help and support they provide to familys and their dying children is priceless, and its you guys, that donate, that are making the difference and supporting this great charity. My task is to bring publicity for CHAS. Even if you dont donate any money I would like people to reflect on the good things going on in their life and be thankfull of the simple things in life that are near impossible for disabled children.
