Some of you may already know that I have agreed to join Lawrence Dallaglio

on his Cycle Slam in Febraury/March 2010.  Lawrence is cycling 2,800 km across Europe setting

out from Rome in February and finishing in Edinburgh 28 days later. The event which will be

closely followed by the BBC will be split in to 5 stages and I have agreed to cycle the final leg

from Rosslare ( Southern Ireland ) to Edinburgh which is approx 550 km.

Lawrence is aiming to raise a total of £1 million for Sports Relief and the Dallaglio foundation (Cancer Research UK,

 DebRA, the Help for Heroes campaign, the PRA Benevolent Fund and the Leukaemia Research.)

and I need to contribute a minimum of £3,000 although I hope to raise a lot more.

This is a huge personal challenge for me and any donation large or small is greatly
