On Sunday 12th July, along with Rach & Soph, I ran the British 10k London run to raise money for Cruse Bereavement Care, of which my Dad is the Chairman. Cruse is an amazing organisation, who do great work helping adults and children across the UK cope with the pain of bereavement.
Details of the route we took are below:

It was a great day - hard going, especially when the sun came out, but we all three had a great time. Reaching the finishing line was my favourite moment by far! I made it in just over 1hr10minutes, so I was really delighted with that.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cruse Bereavement Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thanks to everyone for their support.
