Congratulations on making it this far. Here's the deal. I, along with a number of other wonderful lycra-clad men, will be using our respective little legs to cycle 550 (very) odd miles across France this coming August.
WHY? All with the aim of raising £5,000 for Macmillan; a charity that works so hard to improve the lives of those suffering from cancer. We were inspired to take on this epic adventure following the sad loss to our good friend Carl Fuller's family.
How do I donate? Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
What does you donation allow Macmillan to achieve?
£3,333 could keep a Macmillan cancer information and support centre stocked with all the information resources it needs to support people affected by cancer for a year.
£51 could buy a liquidiser for someone who can't eat solid food as a result of their cancer treatment.
£17.50 could pay for one more member of a cancer support group to go on a social event with other support group members.
Thank you in advance for your generous donations.
