Meningitis UK's vision is a vaccine to eradicate all forms of meningitis. <p> Every week, six families have to face the sudden tragedy of losing a loved one to this devastating disease. <p> Because it can kill in under four hours and the symptoms are notoriously difficult to spot, we believe a preventative vaccine is the only way to spare people this heartache. <P> Our Search 4 a Vaccine Campaign aims to raise £7million to help fund cutting-edge research to help us achieve this goal and save thousands of lives in the future.

Ethan was a beautiful little boy who died of meningitis aged 18 months old. He was born on the 11th October 2006 and died on the 13th April 2008. He is sadly missed but forever in our hearts. Ethan was a warm, gentle and caring son - any contribution that you make would be extremely welcomed regardless of the amount. By donating in the name of Ethan, meningitis uk will be better equipped to help save more lives and work towards finding a vaccine. It's too late to save our little angel, but others can still have a chance.
