Hello and thanks for visiting my page.  On 1st of June I will have a crack at the inaugural City to Summit Ironman,

apparantly the toughest (due to the climb) Ironman in the world.  Starting with a lovely  2.4 miles swim j between the Forth Bridges and ending with a wee climb up Ben Nevis all within an 18 hour time limit.  

For those who think this idea is very funny, I think that must be worth a few quid to one or both of my chosen charities.   

I've started this page just under 6 weeks before the event in the knowledge that my fitness levels currently mean that i can cycle the 6km to work without getting too breathless.  i think im sorted.

So please get donating.
