I am raising money for the Sandpiper Trust by running a half marathon on the 20th of March. The Trust helps save lives all over rural Scotland by providing medical kits to trained local doctors and nurses to keep people alive in areas where it can take hours for an ambulance to arrive. Each kit can cost upwards of £1,000 and can make the difference between life and death. Please visit the trust's website for more details of the work that they do.
