Story

I caught the cycling bug, last year when I bought my first road bike.

Diabetes is part of me, my parents have and I have relatives that have it too.

I got diagnosed with hypertension in my early 30s, (I know, that’s quite young) and with this early sign and my family’s track record with diabetes, I decided to take on exercise and thought why not do it through with cycling.

The reasons for cycling, is that 1: it’s a great way of exercise and 2: You can save money on your commute to work and to other places.  So I bought a bicycle and got hooked ever since.

Now I’m looking to my first sportive in the LondonRide100.  And why not do it for charity with Diabetes UK.

So thank you for taking a look at this page, I will be updating this as time goes on.

Please feel free to donate, by doing it with Diabetes UK,  I have to raise a minimum of £525, if we hit that target, I’m forever grateful for you generosity and of this goes to a great cause.
