Our plan is to raise as much cash as possible for  Fair Havens Hospices in Essex. The care and support they provide to patients and families of terminally ill people is outstanding.

We are taking part in a rally that sets off at Dover on a 5 day lap of Europe, taking in various Countries including France, Germany and Italy. We must get to various check points at certain times and be back at Calais ready for the ferry to England at the specified time. The stipulation to enter is that the 'vehicle' must not cost more than £750 and as you can see, we managed to purchase a 1990 Mercedes 300 SE for this amount. We have all donated the car between us and all monies raised on this page will go directly to Havens. We are also paying for all expenses ourselves, including fuel, ferry, etc etc.
