I have had a friend die of cancer whom I lost contact with for two years, heard from friends of the devastation that cancer can lead - not just for those who experience it, but also for friends and family members of the person going through cancer; the fear, waiting etc.  I feel passionate about helping Cancer Research, UK and what better way to raise money than to do the thing I love also - exercise!
