We provide specialist palliative and end of life care for adults living across central and south west London. This year, we must raise £14m to supplement the funding we receive from the NHS so we can continue to provide our outstanding, compassionate care, free of charge. Your support is vital.

Story

In London there are 453 numbered buses between 1 and 499, and I aim to travel from start to finish on every single one of them. You may think this is sad. As my friend so nicely put it, I will "have no social life for the next three years."

Trinity Hospice is one of three charities I am aiming to raise money for. My goals are simple:

-- To help us appreciate how much we take life and our surroundings for granted.

-- To raise awareness and money for those in hospices, who are less able to get out and about and who definitely don't take life for granted!

I'll be writing a blog about my travels which you can read here.

Fingers crossed, with Lonely Planet guidebook and camera in hand, on I hop!
