I,m Mark Wood aka EXsappeREgamer i,m a former Royal Engineer who served from 1997 to 2005 with the British Army in my time i went to Bosnia Afghanistan Iraq and Northern Ireland. After leaving the Armed Forces many years later i suffered and still suffer with PTSD but now on the road to recovery.  I have decided that fundraising for the likes of help4heroes is another step in giving me the direction i need to go in and help those that also need help through there services and support that they do greatly for our serving and ex serving members of the Armed Forces.
