This is the part where I tell you about myself, so if you know me you can skip this bit ;)

Where do I start, well I enjoy cycling of all kinds Mountain, trail and road. Normally with friends, however I also enjoying getting out on my bike with organised groups, as these events are normally for charity and a good cause. So I get to do something I enjoy with friends knowing that im helping someone that needs it at the same time.

If you give a penny, a pound or £100. Hopefully the people we help will be able to live their life to the fullest, and provide the support them and their family’s need.

There are two routes 78 miles and 128 miles. I intend to do the 128 miles. however if I raise my target I WILL commit to doing the 128 miles. Dont forget this is Wales, and its hilly :)
