We (Caitlyn Hessell (Summer Rain Recordings) and Ben Phaze (Beatfeast Collective)are walking The West Highland Way (96 miles over 7 days) in Scotland in August this year to raise funds for Nordoff-Robbins, a fantastic Music Therapy charity.

Starting to worry about my ability to walk 14 miles a day for 7 days...but my reasons for doing it (to promote and support the music therapy work of Nordoff Robbins) heftily outweighs my desire to lie by the river in long summer afternoons with a few beers.
