Story
On Sunday 12th November, I will be climbing Pen y Fan to raise money for the on-going Cholera crisis in Yemen.
For many of us here in Britain it's easy to take having access to clean water for granted. But those in Yemen, where two years of war has devastated the country, are suffering from the largest and fastest-spreading cholera epidemic in modern history. There have been more than 815,000 suspected cases of the disease, with children under the age of five accounting for a quarter of all the cases.
The money raised will go to Human Appeal who are on the ground in Yemen providing families with an emergency package, containing essentials such as food, clean water and medical supplies.
Please donate generously to help those in desperate need of our assistance.
Jazak'Allahu Khayran,
Faizah
