The 7 of us are doing the Loony Dook AGAIN this year. This will be the last year we're taking part and we are hoping to raise as much money as possible for two great charities, Help for Heroes and Erskine. The H4H charity is a very well known good cause who help to make a real difference to the lives of our wounded Servicemen and women. The Erskine charity provide nursing and medical care for former members of our Armed Forces through two world wars and the more recent conflicts and peace keeping initiatives. The Loony Dook takes place in South Queensferry in Scotland on New Years Day. Most “Loonies” dress up and everyone runs in to the freezing waters of the River Forth. Hundreds of Loonies take part in this alternative hangover cure and even more come along to spectate and show support on what promises to be a fun filled exciting day for everyone.
