Kidney disease is seldom thought of until someone you know is diagnosed.  Martha Stringer looks like any other happy-go-lucky little girl with her big smile and infectious laugh, yet behind all of this, she is suffering from FSGS (Forocal and Segmental Glomerulosclerosis), one of the many diseases that affects kidney function. There is currently no cure for this condition and without daily medical intervention her kidneys will fail. The government provide very little funding for research into kidney disease and so the contributions from supporters is vital. Each step we take brings us closer to a cure for kidney disease.
