In March 2013 we will be sailing a 23ft  yacht from Falmouth to Aden & back. The voyage will take approx 6 months, cover nearly 9000 nautical miles and we will cross the English Channel, Bay of Biscay, West Coast of Spain & Portugal, Straits of Gibraltar, West & East Med Sea, The Suez Canal, The Red Sea & (hopefully) The Gulf of Aden.  We will be replicating the voyage undertaken by Julian Howard and Peter De la Billiere in 1962. I hope to have a recovering memeber of The Armed Forces as my crew mate.  At the end of the adventure, when we arrive back in Barry, we hope we have raised some money (we will be grateful for any amount) for our brave and dedicated soldiers,sailors and airmen who risk their lives for us on a daily basis.
