By the time our son Freddie was just 3 days old he had become very ill and had to spend several days in the special care baby unit (SCBU) at Pembury Hospital.

Thanks to the fantastic care that he received, he was soon on the mend and we were able to breathe a huge sigh of relief knowing that our little boy was going to be ok.

He had his follow up appointment with the consultant the other day and we're pleased to say that although he is still a bit small he's doing fine!

To show our appreciation for the amazing job that the staff in SCBU do, Dom, Freddie, Ruby and I have decided to raise some money for the unit by doing a 10km sponsored pram push in Bedgebury Forest, Friday 4 June.  We would be very grateful if you could sponsor us.
