We are a lifesaving emergency service to the people of Lincs & Notts

Story

This is the fundraising page for the Fans in a Van challenge, which will see intrepid Lincolnshire Free Press reporters John Baker, Adam Uren and Andrew Brookes embark on a mad dash to every football stadium in the top two English divisions - that's 44 grounds - in just 48 hours.

We will be raising money for the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance as well as the chosen charities of the clubs we all support: Coventry City (John), Liverpool (Adam) and Nottingham Forest (Andrew).

On our travels, we will also be collecting footballing memorabilia donated by all the clubs we visit and at the end we will auction them off to add to the final total.

We will be constantly updating the public on our trials and tribulations as we prepare for and hopefully complete our challenge, but we need as much support from you as possible to keep us going!

About the charity

Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is a dedicated Helicopter Emergency Medical Service in Lincs & Notts. We deliver the equivalent of an A&E department to the scene of an emergency and can transport patients to the most appropriate hospital or Major Trauma Centre for their needs in as little as 8 minutes.
