Only two nights before the Dynamo - I'm full of fear and trepidation. The weather is set to terrible - not sure if I feel up to this....

I'm at it again.  I have entered the Great East Swim for a second year and to give myself an extra challenge I am going to go for a swim at Dunwich beach.  The challenge of the Dunwich beach swim is that it will be after completing the Dunwich Dynamo an unsupported, overnight bike ride of 120 miles from London to Dunwich.

I am in training for both events, which frankly is exausting trying to fit both training plans together.  I will put together an update page on my blog at Grethic's Grethica
