Fast4Swat is a project setup to raise money for the people of the Swat Valley, Pakistan. The people of Swat have been without food, clean water and healthcare for months now, what can you go without for just one day?

We are asking people to fast in the true sense of the word, or simply give up doing something they love just for one day. For you this could mean not playing on a Playstation, PSP or not drinking coffee for the day. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you get as much sponsorship for doing it as possible!
