Right, this is the big one - I am going to run the Flora London Marathon in '09.  You may already know that I am a type II Diabetic so running for Diabetes UK should be an obvious choice.  

I'll be maintaining my training blog over the next six months so you can keep up with the highs and lows of training for a marathon - http://fastblokeblog.blogspot.com
