Anyone who knows me knows that I am of the larger persuasion and perhaps not built for cycling great distances.  However, 2010 is the great year of change and I have decided to get myself fit and have some fun, whilst trying to raise some money for worthy causes along the way.

I completed the Great North Bike Ride in 3 hrs and 14 mins, which was well inside my target time.

Please help me in raising even more money for the Chris Lucas Trust.
