Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Eric and I have decided that we are in need of an overhaul and are aiming to lose 2 stone each (or 4 between us) with a target date of end June 2009.

To keep us motivated we are doing this in aid of the SSPCA and hope to raise as much as possible.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Scottish Society For Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Update as at July 2009: Eric has failed, Karen has lost 2 stone........

Note from Eric:

Well, it's congratulations to Karen, who with a combination of sensible eating and exercise, reached her 2 stone off target in good time, and who now look considerably slimmer than the burd in the bikini.  Meanwhile Eric, in a sad parody of his sales career, promised so much but ultimately delivered so little.  His diet of pies and doner kebab pizzas has caught up with him.  He has failed to reach his target weight.  He is happy to refund your money - or to double it if he hasn't reached his target weight of 17st 1lb by the date of the Martin Currie sales team Christmas lunch..

Sooo... the target has moved - by December Eric is to reach his target weight or it's double or refund to those of you who have kindly sponsored us. Karen will continue with the healthy eating and exercise and see where that gets her by Christmas.
