July 31st 2006 my sister and her partner were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Lola, sadly Lola was only able to share our lives for just 2 short weeks when she was suddenly taken from this world, the pain that this caused you would not wish upon your worst enemy. Through the work of the charity Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID) hopefully the chances of this happening to others will significantly reduce and we can all enjoy the wonders of life.

On September 12th 2009 myself and my 2 eldest sons are taking part in the Motorscape '09 Banger Rally to Krakow, Poland. This entails obtaining a car for less than £250 or more than 20 yrs old and driving it through more than 7 countries in 7 days whilst carrying out various challenges along the way.
