Righto! On October the 5th i'm going to attempt to run the Great North Run for 3 great causes. First and foremost is Help An Oxfordshire Child who have kindly provided my place and they are joined by SpecialEffect and the Matt Hampson Trust The monies raised will be divided equally 3 ways. All 3 are incredible causes and will motivate me to get off my behind and make it round the course of the world's largest half marathon.
