The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I'm getting old (very old!), and with old age comes wisdom. In my case, however, it's been replaced by silliness and a constant need to prove that I'm not as old as I really am.

So, to challenge myself, I've entered into the Palace to Palace race. A 45-Mile Bike Ride through the grueling streets of London, passing through the rolling hills of Surrey, before finally arriving at Windsor Palace, for, what some might say, is the world's most difficult hill-climb.

But I'm not just doing this to prove that I've still got it. For many of you who know me, you know I never had it in the first place! I am doing this to raise money for a charity, the Prince's Trust. 

As we watch the mayhem unfold around us, and listen to politicians bicker on TV, we often forget that the decisions we make today will have an impact on the world we leave behind for our children, and that's why I'm eager to support a charity that will help
