on the 8th June 2013 we will be running a colour 5k for Headways Essex who offers help, support and rehabilitation to those who suffer with brain injuries. 

The money donated can be used for the running the Headway center, fund social outings, education classes, and support meetings, community support helplines and the Neuro Gym. 

We both also have paper sponsorship forms, so if you wish to donate any cash, we would be happy to recieve that also.
