I know this time of year can get a bit tiresome on the charity giving front but please take a minute to read a plea from a "nearly" 30, crazy blonde girl with a desire to make a difference this year.............

I am doing a trek in Iceland in July with Vicki Jackson (fellow Danone colleague) for Wheelpower (a bit of background on Wheelpower below). And I
need to raise 2K by end of April. £2000 means so much to Wheelpower as it effectively provides one package - which means one wheelchair suitable for playing
sports in.

A dolly bird like myself with no make up or hair straighteners in the middle of Iceland trying to walk 8 hours + a day through snow covered
fields, in freezing conditions, trekking though ice cold streams up to my thighs is surely worth the money in itself :-) In fact I can hear you all laughing already!!!! 

I will be 100% out of my comfort zone but this is a challenge I fully intend to complete. Lets not even mention the toilet situation I'm having heart palpitations at the mere though of that!!!! And no shops, music OR PUBS.........dear lord how will I survive!:-)
