Whether supporting primary health care, promoting sustainable agriculture or developing savings and loan schemes, its programmes promote positive and lasting change and reduce long-term dependency. CARE also provides emergency food and shelter to survivors of natural disasters, wars and conflicts.

Strategy mongering may be our stock in trade, but for one weekend at the end of June this team of five intrepid capital market communication consultants (and their corporate governance alumnus) will be stepping out in the Lake District to conquer 24 peaks in 24 hours in aid of combating global poverty and injustice.

Recklessly casting aside wireless communication devices, the team is as ready as it will ever be to be put through its paces - but it needs your support and implores you to dig deep for CARE International.
