Hit the ground running!
The Feet for F.R.O.D.O.” sports team is aiming to raise £25,000 to help disabled children in Romania. You could transform a child’s life – helping them walk and opening up their opportunities for work and play the rest of their life.
Lots of people have joined the Feet for F.R.O.D.O. team and have taken part or are taking part in sporting activities both in London - and internationally!
By donating to F.R.O.D.O. on this site you are supporting the teams and the individuals - and making a real difference to abandoned and vulnerable children with disabilities.

This run-bike-run event will take place in the beautiful Richmond Park, London, offering competitors the chance to experience a multi-sport event without the swim (traditionally included in a triathlon event).
