The Fellowship's staff team are undertaking to run/walk, cycle, swim/row, the equivalent of the distance of their Central Office in South Ruislip to Hyde Park, the London to Brighton bike ride and a cross Channel swim/row -  a distance of 140 km which we will undertake collectively, all in the "comfort" of an L.A. Fitness gym. No need for the goose fat then!
