We've done it!! 15hours 16 minutes and 28 miles later we arrived in France. WOW  What a slog, through the night which we hadn't contemplated, lots of jelly fish and ripping tides which threatened to pull us off course, but we did it.

 

 

Ray,Catherine,Bernie,Stuart and Sarah are doing a relay Channel swim. We will set off from Dover on or around  the 2nd July and swim across to France,weather and tides permitting!! We are raising money for Macmillan Cancer support so please show your support by sponsoring our efforts.We have all made a tremendous effort with our training swimming regularly at our local pools and in open water too.We swam in Dover Harbour in May which was freezing so we're hoping the sea temperature increases before the big day.Our thanks go to the Sports college for our fantastic hoodies.
