On 28 December I set off to cycle the Pilgrims' Way from Winchester Cathedral to Canterbury Cathedral - about 120 miles - to raise money for the Hearts and Balls charity. After two days of biking I had completed the ride.

I was really lucky with the weather - no rain and the wind was behind me all the way.


I chose to raise money for this charity because of the fantastic
support they give to rugby players who have sustained serious injuries while playing the game they love. For further information about this great charity, please visit www.heartsandballs.org.uk
