My story

Ironbridge runner( Exeter's running specialist shop ) owner, Pete Ferlie's father, was diagnosed with prostate cancer 5 days before christmas 2007, and when finding out more about this cancer, Pete was gobsmaked at  how many men suffer from this form of cancer.

Pete decided to put on a running race around  Exeter's quay and the River Exe to raise funds, but more importantly awareness, especially amongst men.

So Pete and his team came up with a 4 mileish run starting and finishing on Piazza Terracina on Thursday 18th July 2009 at 7.30pm.

All finishers will get a t shirt when they cross the finish line and are asked to give a little something to this worthy cause.
