Welcome to Charity Challenge 2009.  About 12 of us are hoping to walk from Barrow on Furness to Newcastle (84 miles) in 2.5 days over the weekend of 6 June.

Many of you will know someone who has benefited from the local air ambulance service.  This service is entirely dependent on charitable donations for its operation.
