As most of you may know my dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer, he is the strongest man I know facing everyday life, I have never known anyone cope with something serious as this so easy but then everyday has its challenges, from walking to eating.Watching my dad's everday struggles was one of the hardest things to deal with, our friends and family have been so good to us and we thank everyone who has offered their help! The Lord showed us my dad's spiritual strength to us throughout the hard time which makes every second of the day that little bit easier.

I have chosen Cancer Research UK as my charity as our family can now relate to all these people suffering from cancer. Your money can make all the difference

just £2 a month can buy 100 glass slides which are essential for analysing cells,even taking part in an event can help fund an online nurse.

£2 could also help fund a new research centre

Myself and my mum and sister are taking part in race for life in May and also holding a coffee morning to raise money for cancer research in a hope to find a cure. Please donate and sponsor us for this to make a difference to peoples lives.

Our dad passed away peacefully earlier this morning (2/2/14) we would thank everyone for their kind messages and cards over the past few weeks but we know he is in Gods hands now and we shall meet him in paradise. Please keep sharing our fundraising page to raise awareness of cancer, we had a short time to spend with dad and we wouldnt like more families have to go through what we went. He is going to be missed but he will be in our hearts and he was very proud of our actions.
