Oh yes! He's running again!

Having achieved a PB of 2h 04m last year I am absolutely determined to break 2hours - so I'm running one more time.

And, far more important than my time, I'm trying to raise money to help continue the wonderful work that all the guys at SWALLOW do to promote independence and equality for people with learning difficulties.
