I have decided to take on the challenge of running the London Marathon and in so support Amber. This is a fantastic charity that helps transforms young people’s lives.

Amber helps homeless unemployed young people (18-30) whose lives are going nowhere. It helps them to gain motivation, confidence and skills to become employed and self-sufficient.

In a residential setting Amber offers a fresh start; a chance to sort out problems, build self-confidence, gain practical skills and qualifications and generally acquire the know-how for independent living and work.

So far over 1,160 people have had their lives transformed from that of chaos and no hope to one of independence and a brighter future. I’m running a long way, a silly distance really this will be no walk in the park.
