I thought I would catch you all before you go out and buy your Christmas cards. Last year myself and a few friends and colleagues donated the money we would have spent on Christmas cards and stamps to the  Alzheimer's Society. As I now work for Age UK West Sussex I thought we could do the same but donate to Age UK West Sussex.

Please can I ask you all to be generous, pass this on to all your email addresses, text it to your contacts and put it on Facebook for all your friends and family .Lets see if we can get into 4 figures without leaving our chairs. This surely must appeal to all of those that could not run 5k, did not fancy throwing themselves out of an aeroplane, or standing outside B&Q shaking a can (although I must remind you we are still looking for volunteers to do this in December)
