<p>As you all know by now a very special birthday is fast approaching , so as a means to get FIT AND FAB BY FIFTY I have decided to take part in the tough 350km BIG C CYCLE CHALLENGE in Cuba, and at the same time support the work of 4 very special charities :<span style="color: #ffff00;">MARIE CURIE CANCER CARE</span>, <span style="color: #ff0000;">CHILDREN WITH LEUKAEMIA</span>, <span style="color: #99cc00;">OVARIAN CANCER </span>AND <span style="color: #800080;">THE LYMPHOMA ASSOCIATION .</span> Fund raising is well under way so if you'd like to help further by donating a small amount I would be extremely grateful.
